  • About me- A Maternal Mental Health Specialist

Therapy from someone who truly understands the emotional side of motherhood.

If you’re here, chances are your mind feels like it never shuts off.

    You worry about your baby.
You question if you’re doing enough.
You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or on edge more than you expected during pregnancy or motherhood.

    You may even wonder:

“What if my anxiety affects my child?”

If that thought has crossed your mind, you are not alone.

And more importantly—there is nothing wrong with you.

    Why I Do This Work

I’m not only a therapist who specializes in perinatal mental health.

I’m also a mom of two.

I’ve personally experienced postpartum anxiety and the emotional intensity that can come with early motherhood. I know what it feels like when your brain won’t stop scanning for danger, when the joy you expected feels harder to access, and when the pressure to be a “good mom” feels overwhelming.

That experience shaped the work I do today.

It showed me how powerful the right support and tools can be in helping mothers move from surviving motherhood to truly feeling present in it.
